Yesterday’s Chronicle raised awareness of the mess at our Municipal Gallery and we had a lot of reactions and suggestions. Some of them that the new city government might want to consider:

***Antonis Tsatsaronis: The Art Gallery was turned into a photo gallery in 2015… And since then the basements downstairs have remained hermetically closed with 150 artists wiped out and only 10 works by Yalouris on the walls… in the Yalouris loft… and the panels have since disappeared… Personally, I have repeatedly written, especially in the Truth, about its decline.

***Michael Varlas. For our Gallery, the all of a piece fits the bill. We’re getting young. I recently learned that there is a digitization program. Before the rope, but so be it.
